Man, I'm finding this guy just a bit too pretentious - which, I know, I know - it's just because I'm not 'listening' to his ideas, BUT honestly - I'm pretty sure he's just pretentious and I don't like him.

His ideas are nothing new, and I feel like he could just describe or suggest meditation for everyone. Not sure if I'm going to try to finish this or just stop here.
