All these fancytimes animated book ads on the side make me want to make some for myself, just because. Some would be jokes, some serious. The people have to figure it out!

Lingerie wars XD I haven't seen that one yet.Andy-- does Ad Block Plus work? I want to get one on Chrome that functions and would love to hear feedback :) Otherwise I switch between Firefox and Chrome based on whether I need speed or readability more. But I default to Chrome lately, and mostly go to Firefox when all the ads piss me off too much everywhere on the internet, until (sadly, because I like it/them) Firefox being so slow makes me go back to Chrome and the cycle starts all over..
So far... and you can click the little stop sign that appears in the address bar and tell it things to block. I like it so far.

The ads kind of drive me nuts :( It would be fine if they weren't all animated. Of course, it's the point to draw my attention, but it also throws me off because on a book site I imagine I'll be able to focus on the books but my peripheral vision is constantly going:
SHE WAS THE SOLE PERSON LEFT IN THE WORLD.
EXCEPT FOR THE REAPER.
COULD SHE BECOME THE NEXT DEATH?
*skeletons! D:*
THE WORLD HAS PROBABLY ENDED.
BUT THIS TEENAGE GIRL KNOWS THE ANSWER.
*unicorn pictures! :D*
MAGIC.
IT PROTECTS.
IT KILLS.
AND NOW, IT WILL BRING YOU ON A JOURNEY YOU WILL NEVER FORGET.
*rollercoasters and wand pics!*
On the other hand, some of them I've clicked on have successfully gotten me to put them on my TBR pile out of curiosity so I guess it's working. And I guess I'd rather have book ads than other ads. But still-- so distracting :( I wish they were still.
