...So. I just realized. 4 of the books I'm currently reading have death/dead/murder in the title. Almost all of the others are of Japanese origin. Then let's consider I love Shinigami in any form and Duo was my favorite GW pilot + Deathscythe Hell was the best Gundam HANDS DOWN JUST SAYIN. I'm sensing a pattern here, and I'm not quite sure what it says...

I think it's awesome. Also, death is not always a grim thing or something to shy away from. Death can be a celebration, like Día de los Muertos here in Mexico. It's actually one of my favourite holidays/celebrations ever.

I have to agree actually. I find it a bit amusing how much I like death-related things but I LOVE skulls and crossbones and can see them instantly when in stores. I love cemeteries and enjoy going through them at times, looking at the gravestones, imagining what the people were like. Giving them stories in my head. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, too :) Although tbh I like Día de los Muertos even more than Halloween.
