Reckoning is with the beta readers! As soon as I get back, it's off to the editor!

First round of line edits done...now I can dig into the more substantial, storyline edits. Fingers crossed it goes smoothly (now I've really jinxed myself...)

Draft one of Reckoning is done, and I have started revision. Hope to have it off to beta readers w/in the next two weeks.

I'm 3/4 done w/ the first draft, and I FINALLY unpicked that nasty knot plot I was hung up on, thanks be to God! Srsly... I was so over trying to figure it out, so whew! Of course, the writing it part is still to be done, but now it should be easier.

So...the plan is to bang out the rest as fast as I can, do the rewrite, get some beta reader opinions, and then send that puppy off to my editor. Good times!

Working with a designer on covers. Can't wait to see the concepts!

Oh boy...working on the second big storyline and found some plot holes. These consist of notes in my outline that say, "Figure this out later." Later has arrived. So, that's going well. 123K words so far and perhaps a third more to write? This one is going to be long, even by my standards. Also, did not stick a fork in my eye yesterday--huge win.

40% done with the first draft! Yes!!!
