lol... I was just about to say that... angst at its finest, hey Alycia?
Yes, NcNaught is good at angst and misunderstandings. I had to take a break yesterday from it and probably won't read today. Mike decided to share his cold with me. Bur I am anxious to see how it is solved for the HEA. I do like both the H/h despite their flaws and stubbornness. I think after this book I'll read an emotionally benign book.
And if you're still at page 427, you haven't hit the worst of it.
