Okay, so now I have also tried taping my mouth shut while I sleep - only to realize I already breathe through my nose then so that’s a nonissue for me. Also am convinced I need to chew gum for hours a day to build up my chewing muscles to change the bone structure of my head 🤷🏼‍♀️ If nothing else, Nestor can sell me, the biggest skeptic on earth, literally ANYTHING.

I am now more petrified of breathing through my mouth than I am of cancer and COVID and want to rush my whole family to the clinic and enroll us all in sleep studies ASAP. This book has sucked me in hard.

Marli I am doing the mouth taping and my snoring is much better per my hubby! I also don’t get that horrible sandpaper mouth feeling. I was swishing moisturizing mouthwash at least 2 times per night. I also haven’t needed extra bathroom trips. Hallelujah! I too don’t know what to do about the chewing. I worry for my evolved teeth. Would rather have a small mouth than dentures. I agree he is very convincing. Oh I’ve also lost 4 pounds in the 2 weeks I’ve been mouth taping. No diet change but I am keto anyway.

Rachel Ooh. I was going to start mouth taping but I'm not much of a snorer but my throat has been dry when I wake up so I think I'll give it a try. Losing weight would be a bonus.
