Part 2 provides a foundation for understanding a path for expanding consciousness without the use of psychedelic drugs. Metzner goes into great detail to define Divination and how its dictionary definition is not sufficient or accurate to its practice historically around the world. He then shares his methods for divination, meditation, and his model for the energy body.

Uhhh wow, Metzner’s knowledge in traditional modern consciousness expansion practices is impressive. I have been surprised by his mentions of some conspiracies, but they add to an understanding of his worldview.
