this book is deliciously unapologetically trans. the rawness of the transness, the boldness, the refusal to censor thoughts and experiences that some would (and will, I’m sure) decry as “playing into the hands of TERFS”. it’s refreshing to read a trans book that doesn’t care what cis people think of it, that’s far more interested in honest transness than palatable or marketable transness.
