Each time Dixon has seen Yuri, he describes Yuri as tattooed. But each time, Yuri was wearing a suit with the jacket. Even if there are tattoos peeking out around the collar or cuffs, that's hardly enough to justify saying he's tattooed all over, much less that being the first thing you think about.
