These two have smoked a pack of cigarettes already and my lungs hurt..I'm also thinking about how nice and yellow her teeth must be and how her breath must smell like a dog's asshole. Very sexy, very badass lol. I'm lowering my expectations.

Oh you should definitely not start with this one. You can definitely just start with this series and not do the other ones about New York and Chicago but definitely start at the beginning of this series. The first 4 books are excellent! Remo is one of my favorite H's ever. You'll love him and his brother Nino for sure.
