The first time I tried to read the book I gave up because the "narrator" sounded too arrogant. Fortunately, the audiobook version solves most of these issues. The author tries to sell you his ("amazing") experience repeatedly but it is worth it to go through with it, there are good techniques and ideas to deal with difficult people and learn how to negotiate better.
