Finally returning to this. It's only been 2 months and change, and yet I feel like I've forgotten pretty much everything about how the second novel ended. I didn't want to just breeze through everything that's out and then have to wait years, but forgetting things isn't good either. Although having to wait years will mean I forget things regardless... The never-ending conundrum.

Ok, I decided to reread this (as part of Arcanum Unbounded). It's short and fun, and also might be interesting coming back to it after having read all 5 Stormlight novels.
I think this is actually the first book I've reread that I originally read while actively using Goodreads. Not sure how this will function. Hope it doesn't fuck anything up!

Huh. That all happened easier than expected. More mysteries, with this cremling-composed guy. Mr. Sanderson sure likes introducing more and more unanswered mysteries. Hopefully they all get answered at *some* point.

One of my friends was telling me I didn't need to bother reading this, but this stuff about Szeth seems like it might be important. Or, it's at least a teaser for what's to come.

This is definitely a quick read, as I previously thought. I'm not the biggest fan of Lift as a character, but it's still interesting.

I skipped the prologue because it's identical to the interlude chapter from Words of Radiance. I then noticed I was 21% through after doing that. Damn, this is going to be short. Feels a bit weird, considering how long the main novels are.
