// I am glad Josh pointed out the whole Jewish thing to his dad … “We protect our own” is exactly right!! Also, I think Josh’s dad is absolutely marvelous!!

// The minute Michael’s father went into an anti-Semitic rage and was saying the shit that he was saying about Josh being a Jew, I legitimately raged so fucking hard!! Disgusting, vile piece of garbage!! Pissed off there’s not much more aware of a resolution than Michael and Josh walking out on Michael’s father! // The way this author freezes so certain things irritates the fucking crap out of me! The story was all over the place ... The only really compelling character here who independently of this book I found to be so sweet and wonderful and glorious and fantastic, is Kaylee, the service dog!!

// Everyone has a legitimate reason, most people do it least, and there’s never any guideline to justify why someone might be afraid!! So nobody should ever judge or feel like something is weird because someone feels a certain way about something!! Period end of story!!!

// I get what Josh is trying to say but I still really dislike his answer and I hate what the author is trying to imply here!! So what is Josh trying to say? That because Michael has a great reason, then it’s OK? What constitutes as a good reason for feeling a certain way about something or being afraid of something?!
