The book starts with great points, but I'm not enjoying that much right now.
Still, here's the stronger points so far:
1 - Decisions. We must be aware of them and notice our decisions and how they will affect us. Because they shape our path in life.
2 - The way how we associate things in our brain. We need to understand that, sometimes, pain has meaning and pleasure doesn't, even though our brain "won't agree".
