Hey y'all, I'm seeking recommendations for books about families & family dynamics, and those with sibling relationships at the forefront.

Nicolás The ones I can think right now are:
Long Bright River by Liz Moore
Honor by Elif Shafak
Commonwealth and The Dutch House by Ann Patchett
Shelter by Jung Yun
Swimming Lessons by Claire Fuller
Sing, Unburied, Sing by Jasmine Ward
White Teeth by Zadie Smith

Maxwell The Dutch House by Ann Patchett is a good one for siblings! Lots of Anne Tyler's books are focused on families too.

Ify I haven't heard/read most of these suggestions & they seem stellar! Thanks, Nicolás! I love Sing, Unburied, Sing & I DNFed White Teeth years ago but your suggestion has me reconsidering it.

Afoma (Reading Middle Grade) I've heard good things about The Most Fun We Ever Had. I also liked Commonwealth. Robin Benway's Far from the Tree is YA but really good. Everything Here Is Beautiful by Mira T. Lee is about two sisters. Kathy Wang's Family Trust is also about family/siblings. I also really liked The Care and Feeding of Ravenously Hungry Girls by Anissa Gray.

Nicolás I loved White Teeth, but I know it can be long and wearisome in some parts. Let me know your opinion if you read one of these!
I should read one from Anne Taylor, btw, so thanks, Maxwell.

I haven't read anything by Anne Tyler! Do you have any recommendation on where to begin?
