I flew through the first two books in 2.5 days TOTAL but have only made it through 11% of this one in the same amount of time. The nature of this one's plot has me too stressed by half.

Look, I get she's getting manipulated at best, controlled at worst (take off that damn amulet!) but I'm not sure how much more I can take of our heroine accidentally on purpose killing people and disfiguring children....I think I'll skim read the rest of this and move on to book 4.
