literally probably my favourite hades/persephone book series ever I can't stop thinking about it
Persephone in this book is fleshed out as a complex interesting character. It is sadly rather hard to find stories that show Persephone's complexity and duality.
Many stories and retellings show Persephone as a pure, good-hearted angel but many people forget that Persephone is both Spring and Deathbringer.
