This is not going well. The FMC was telling the MMC not to treat her like a child, but she sure sounded childish doing it. Ugh.

Story is decent enough, but the narrator does not fit. She pronounces her Ts too clearly so that the effect is stilted language. It totally doesn't fit the main character who is 23.
