- Goodness me, reading this has been a total mess! First I logged the wrong entry (logged vol 1 instead of this definitive edition) then I logged it as finished reading, not realising that the Netgalley ARC was only half of the comic! (And that’s something I only realised AFTER getting halfway through the also half ARC of definitive edition book 2) Now I have to personally request the rest & redo my review later on.

- I don’t actually have a clue how far through this I am, but I’m thoroughly enjoying the breakneck speed at which the story is being told.

Thoughts after reading chapters 5-7:
- Yesss Lu finally showing her true Urden form!
- That fight was great but it was over was too easily. And the group reunited and split up again so fast! Does this mean the story will only follow Lu now?
- I’m suspicious of this elf, veeery suspicious. Surely an elf recognising an Urden, speaking of old times and being a mercenary are all the red flags you could possibly have...
