I've learned a lot about mental illness from this and a lot about my characters, as well as myself.

This book is utterly fascinating and terrifying to read, I have to keep pausing to put it down just to let what I read settle, at first I didn't think much of this, I thought I was numb to pain, but the book taught me to look inwards to my own body and to watch what was going on and through that I felt that yes, I am triggered by this.

This is hard for me to consume.
