The heroine's hostility is getting on my nerves. She choose to have sex with a stranger. She wasn't dating him. She needs to grow up. Even worse she has yet to tell the hero he has a child. The book is half over.

I miss old school HPs where once the secret baby is revealled the hero goes in take charge uber alpha mode and uses force/blackmail to get the heroine under his roof and married to him.

It does annoy that so many HPs spend so much time in the hero's head. I want to get to know the heroine more & reading the hero's pov interferes w/that.

So far I'm intrigued. Heroine deluded herself into thinking a hookup w/a stranger is something more but quickly realizes it isn't. I like. But not the slapping of the hero. She's the one who smexed a stranger.
