Mostly violent and depressing, with the occasional funny snark.

Do girls who have low self-esteem sit around and think about it? Andi's pretty self-aware for a girl who grew up in a screwed up pocket dimension.

A bit more juvenile that I remembered? Not sure what was bothering me, something about Skip & Andi. But it's getting better. Grim though, despite the banter. A weird mix of things.

new_user Hmmmn... I read one of her darker works, but even that had funny commentary every other line, LOL.

Cathy There are some good lines, especially between Jen and her best friend, but the overall tone is pretty grim. They've been under siege for over a year, and under attack by three enemies. And no vampire queen in sight to save the day! Not even a handsome merman.

new_user Booo! There must be a handsome merman under all this gloom, LOL.
