I jumped straight to the last chapter named Putting It All Together: Find Your Feel and Make It Real, and the first sentence says:
"If you have ADHD, variable attention stimulus trait (VAST), a race car brain with bicycle brakes, or whatever term you’ve settled on for this blessed and cursed kind of brain, it’s likely you’ve reached this page without having read the entire book."
Dr. Hallowell, you're a funny man!

I once saw a list of "Funniest Book Titles of the Year" and on it was this one: The Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Society's Handbook to Wilderness Safety and Hey Let's Go Ride our Bikes! :-)

I'm pretty sure it was just a joke. You may be able to find that list again somewhere of "funniest book titles."
