Since apparently they are supposed to be 17 they are terribly immature and given how they were raised and pressure on them you would think they would have more depth and more respect.

The story and the main character Rose are just not appealing and I am wondering what age group this was written for. They drop some f bombs and there's a lot of talk about sex and situations yet the characters are clearly not adults and I am hard pressed to feel they are even 17.
