First in a series of Joel Fagliano's delightful yet occasionally challenging puzzles dated 2017, some clues based on current events are recent history. The first thing I do in the morning is making coffee, Next. the mini-puzzles. Compared to the regular and larger Times crossword in the newspaper, the minis are a nice warm-up and very relaxing.
