Yikes, this hasn't aged well. So far, we have slut-shaming and fatphobia in the story. I know this was published in 2014, but even back then we should've known better.

I'm still not loving this story. The narration is okay, I'm not a fan of Meghan at all, and it seems like the more important story is in the past versus the present.

I'm not loving the problematic elements we have popping up in the pages of this book. And the friendship we're seeing on the page is super toxic—definitely a story I'm glad I didn't read in high school and internalize.
