- Spoiler?? - Btw can we talk about Mustang crying about Pax growing up w/o a father if Darrow returns to war and may not return? When she did the exact same thing? Even better, she left Pax to go back to war when he was a literal infant and needed her the most. Certainly more than a 10-year-old needs an already absent father. I know the world ain't ready to talk about shit mothers but the audacity of this woman.

I'm so excited about this, but also feel like I'll need to reread the entire series to remember enough to enjoy it 😂

I thought the same but I'm doing okay so far. Important stuff gets recapped and since this takes place 10 years after Morning Star I feel like you don't need every little detail from the first trilogy
