This is a book about a woman who pretends to be her sommelier friend while working at an upscale Scottish hotel and I just realized SHE NEVER TOLD HER FRIEND SHE WAS GOING TO IMPERSONATE HER. I just assumed the two were in it together. This is unhinged. (I know her friend is probably later going to be revealed as a *bad* friend but still who does that?!)
