You know this book wouldn't be so bad if they could pick one topic, even two, and stick with it. It keeps bouncing all over the place. Present day, 2 years ago, 5 years ago, etc. Several different points of view. It's just a little hard to concentrate on what the actual book is about. Some parts are pretty cool. The others not so much.

For a brief moment there I started to like the book. I like how she's changed it up and shown POV but concentrated on the same story. I'm still going to not happy with this author though.

God help me. That prologue? What was that? I don't want to say that I'm jaded against this book, but having Victor and Ashley referred to as passing reference for the make or break series, that color blinded me to this book. And so far, I am not enjoying it.

There should have been a note ANYWHERE that this was going to be a spinoff, that ran along side the make or break timeline!!!!
