I did learn some things about how the skin on our face works and how products repair/improve our skin. Buuuut, I'm just not sure I want to take all of her advice, there's a few things in here related to oils and natural ingredients that I think a dermatologist would disagree with. She also recommends her products from her brand and other brands that are outrageously overpriced. I'm inspired to read more from derms.
