Okay I have 2 issues.
The author refers to the MC and his family as Mexicans. Not all people that speak Spanish are Mexican. She should have used the term Latino or specified a country. This is slick insensitive writing.
The audiobook is narrated by a white man. They should have use someone of Latino decent for this narration.
