This far there are some good points on establishing rapport with people and interestingly it doesn't seem to be complex... I think I may benefit from proper training in a group though - to practice those techniques and skills.

So many good points, I have to keep taking notes as I listen to the book. I keep thinking that at some point I really need to make sure to take some classes and workshops in negotiations and practice more and build my skills better.
