Wow. I really did not expect to be this into psychology before reading this.. Chapter 8 was by far the most interesting read because I learned about how to cope with my own suppressed emotions. It makes me wonder how many other things are just hidden in my mind by unwanted thoughts that come out of thin air just to cover up the real issues.

Man, This chapter I just finished about Learning was by far the most interesting so far for me. It was so insightful as to why I have been so hard on myself since high school. Do.not.underestimate.your.mind.
You don’t learn by rereading paragraphs over and over. You learn my actively putting what you read (ONE TIME) in real life events.

I have never read anything that has to do with psychology but I found this book at a book fair and I felt like one day I would pick it up. I’m usually a huge fantasy YA novel reader but this is super interesting and I am mind blown with how much I’ve already learned.
