I'm halfway done with it (the page count on my edition also includes book club conversations tips so I am farther along than the update shows) and thus far I get a lot of the mixed reviews from my friends (both positive and negative). I'm intrigued enough to see it through to the end, but I'm not wowed by it yet... and I believe I know where the end is going already and if that is the case, I do not care for it.

I cannot wait to hear what you think of this one, Tim. Yes, I have strong feelings about it, but the debate is the mostest fun.

I’ll likely finish it tomorrow or the next day depending on time constraints. I confess there is something compelling that keeps me reading, but right now the best aspect would be the just slightly offness about everything. The “nothing exactly frightening happened, but I still feel unnerved” feeling it presents is fairly effective
This is one of the few books to actually scare me.
This is a really interesting one! I recommend it to most of my reading friends just to see what they think. Unfortunately I saw the (subpar) movie first so I knew the ending but I still really enjoyed reading it.
