Just finished the second last chapter! One to go :D

It's been brutal, guys. I put my heroes (and myself) through the wringer. But I think you'll like the story. It's less steamy, but super heavy on action and feels.

48k words. I entered the Dark Night of the Soul. The All is Lost moment. It's heartbreaking :D

Finally found my groove. Sitting at 45k words today. This draft will be done in less than a week. Hooray!

P.S. You can always tell when I get toward the end of a book. My notes are becoming ever more melodramatic. Today's final beat: "They prepare themselves for death." Oh yeah...

33k words. This book is kicking my %&@$... But I love how the characters are shaping up. And we finally learn the reason WHY the Fae are so keen to abduct human kids :D
