If I can't go 2 pages without finding something infuriating, not DNF-ing this book will be blatant stupid stubborness. The "a priori" knowledge in mathematics is the sum axioms. As a rule, obsessive nitpicking people like me are often found among the higher IQ stratum inclined to read such a book. A book about linguistics shouldn't be so friggin' imprecise about language.
