This was day 10 and it talked about adding different exercises into your routine such as walk - run - walk or adding fruits into our eating plan, so many fruits have many good nutrients and can be beneficial to us and allowing us to be on a path of better health.

This was day 9 from Monday it was teaching us about how to live and eat healthier as well as exercise such as walking and lunges, if you are unable to perform these do the walk and be grateful that we are able to get up and walk. Psalm 23:5 He prepared a table before me in the presence of my enemies. Have the Benevolence - Kindness.

This was the section for day 8, which also was the second Sunday. This had us look back on the previous 7 days and determine how we did with the walks and talks with God. This up coming week we will be introduced to bike riding, and sleeping oils, new foods to add into our daily intake.

These next two days discussed to evaluate our goals from previous days and did they stay the same or change? it is natural to have goals that will change but maybe write them down and find some to stick with, don't give up on a goal because it is complicated continue digging in.
