I still adore these books but man, why does Sean Runette have to keep forgetting the voices for characters?! Matthew now sounds like he's from overseas instead of American. He sounds like the kid from The Best Marigold Hotel. Sort it out Sean, you're better than this .

Try as I might, I am NOT feeling Mike's love interest. Zero chemistry on the page and I'm wishing he'd just ditch her, it's lame and forced for the sake of it She's a poor substitute for Tracy. Also, Bailey is no BT but I suppose she's better than nothing.
