based on the sheer number of utterly dumb decisions made by characters in the book (Nikolai gets a prize for first place), I'm astounded this many are still alive and almost hope the Darkling destroys everything. here's hoping the Crows + Nina can salvage the rest of this book.

It was hinted at by a character "writing to Ketterdam" but it's probably just a cameo.
No, I read a review that says the Crows are in this book. Is it terrible to say I might read it just for them? :D
Only one chapter? :( Should I just read that? At least, there is supposed to be a third Crows book at some point.
