This is a really good book so far. It is a research based analysis of why some companies did greater than others. But, the company is macrocosm of the people. Behind every great company is people with great characters with passion to build meaning products. Loved the level 5 leadership style, and how these humble, willful individuals take the company forward while not making too much noise about their achieveme
