This book has everything I should like in a book… intricate fantasy, all kinds of LGBT rep (we even have a BI MERMAID like omg) but I had a lot of trouble staying engaged. I thought it was just because I’m really busy with school right now but I’ve read several other reviews saying that same thing. The loan time ran out but I may try again.

Incredibly well crafted high fantasy with an intriguing story and characters. It’s not long but it’s taking me a while because I just started PA school.
