1-bodily movements can help the child become calmer.
2-the more children practice using their brain in different situations, the more they gain the ability to use brain in: decision making, controlling emotions and the body, self understanding, empathy!
3-try to engage the logical part of the brain (called the upstairs brain in the book) more often!

بررسی نیمکره سمت راست و چپ Brain
اینکه اگر بچهات تو احساسات غوطهوره،اول باهاش کانِکت شو(نیمکره راست را یکم همراهی کن) تا احساسات کمی آرومتر بشن، بعد سعی کن دلیل منطقی کم کم اضافه کنی(نیمکره چپ را کمکم اضافه کن.)
تعریف داستان برای استفاده از هر دو نیمکره مبتونه قدرتمند باشه.
