This is a different one! A private girls school in Europe where cute teachers are allowed to spank (brutally) misbehaving seniors. Now a busload of the girls have been kidnapped on a tour of Europe and are apparently being sold. The mastermind seems to be one of the teachers (and a spanker), the heroine a student who has caught the teacher's eye. What is going on I have no idea!!
