I like it. <spoiler> This is the first time I read about an alien invasion. Often, with these kind of books, the invasion already happened, or the main girl just gets abducted and never sees Earth again. </spoiler>

Probably won't read the next books. The ending kind of just frustrated me, and not just because it had a cliffhanger (which i was aware it would be) Story started out so well, but the more I read, the less I felt connected with the story. It was an okay read in the end.

I don't know if it's because it slowed down too much but I find myself skipping some pages...not good :(

So far, I would say that this is a 3/5 stars. A few things are bugging me, but the story in itself in interesting enough for me to continue. The jealous female hasn't showed up since last time. Hopefully she stays gone.

Ugh, I'm getting annoyed at the ''first'' mate/mother thing.

I love when there is language barrier of some sort.
