90% through this myself, I went and bought the film yesterday its years since I last watched it.

It was my appreciation for the film that led me to seek out it's literary counterpart. It's interesting that the characters (Jack & Wendy, in particular) in the book are nothing like the ones cast in the movie... creative freedom, I suppose. I'm about 2/3 of the way through and am having difficulty putting it down!
