Well, a guy was kidnapped from the streets of Mexico, robbed, beaten and put in a cell overnight. The next day he's taken from that cell, bent over a table and secured there. Now a scalpel is being taken to his ass, literally. My first thought was, what the hell...? At least I can pick this book up again and find out...
