Thank you Anne from the library!!! When all hope was lost you came through in the clutch and managed to merge my old and new library accounts while keeping all of my digital materials! This woman deserves a freakin medal! She did what no one else could! She wouldn’t have had to go so over the top if the others just knew how to do their basic job duties but she went above & beyond.
