It's a sad event in our history! A lot of hard work went into gathering the individual stories of those involved! I'm learning quite a bit from this book!

The author has done a ton of research. It is a story that you would say "This can't happen in America"! But it did! There are many dark spots in our American history, but this is at the top of the list. It's a story that needs to be told!
