Okay so why does Max not want to take his ex to court? She gave up all parental rights, including visitation, & he was worried if they took it to court she could gain visitation?
And why is he contacting his ex with the pay off offer & not his lawyers? So Suit is my only reference to how this shit works but even I find that shit odd? Is that not what you pay your lawyers to do? Wtf?

So yeah - not the nicest I have ever read, but it is also not too crappy.
