I didn't like all the killing of animals in the last two stories but the ghostly twist was cool.

I loved the weird dream sequence in this one.

I have to keep reminding myself these stories were written in the early 1900s. This story was sweet and romantic but still a bit cringey.

That was a heartwarming story 😊

The wife-bashing isn't cool but I couldn't help laughing at the last line, "[I know because] I am a married man myself."

The second story was kind of cute and amusing in a slightly crooked way, lol.

First story was interesting for its dialogue, especially the manner of speech, but it never really went anywhere.
